3) Insulation damage at the ball belt of the bearing seat of the end cover type sliding bearing; Whether the insulation layer under the seat type sliding bearing is damp, whether the outer insulation layer is clean, etc.
Solution: Repair the insulation layer and measure the insulation resistance of the insulation layer to a value greater than 0.5M ω
4) Insulation damage of the temperature measuring rod of the end cover type sliding bearing thermometer, resulting in short connection between the bearing bush and the external; The temperature measuring line or the inlet and return oil pipe of the pedestal plain bearing is not insulated, resulting in the short connection between the bearing seat and the external.
Solution: repair the insulation layer of the thermometer thermometer rod; Avoid the metal protective pipe outside the temperature measurement line and the bearing seat overlapping; Check the incoming and return pipelines and repair the damaged insulation measures.
